A measure of bankruptcy risk above the cut-off-rate indicated that a company exhibits severe financial distress. The cut-off-rate took the value of 0.515788 until April 2023 and changed in that month to 0.526337. The measure of bankruptcy risk provided valid early warning signals in 58 out of 60 bankruptcies.
